I have to really plan and commend John Z and Hawkins & Sons with all the support and assistance in securing an oven not only replaced my 48 inch Viking, but was able to be installed in a very old & narrow historic home.
A considerable amount of time was spent with their researching a variety of different ovens, as well as sending out the team to fully assess the possibility of installation as well as removal of the former 48 inch oven.

Over the weekend, I had an issue with a Jenn-Air range purchased 5 years ago; it was not purchased from Hawkins. I decided to submit a question to the team at Hawkins. Karen, Cierra, and the team were extremely responsive and gave me options on repairing my range. They ended up ordering the part that I needed and had it available in the repair shop within 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Hawkins and Sons. We ordered a new Cafe range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a Sub Zero refrigerator. The salesman, Michael, was very knowledgable, and the delivery/installation guys were highly skilled as well as personable and customer focused. Soon after they left we realized that there were some functional issues with the range, and that our refrigerator was just that, all refrigerator and no freezer. Unfortunately, that was July 4th weekend, but when I called when they reopened, they promptly dispatched a technician for the range, and started researching the refrigerator error.
