I’ve been traveling from dover to wilmington to this particular shop since i was 16years old I Can honestly say the customer service has went out the window and the braiders she had back then to now Is not worth it i swear i won’t be returning…
As someone mentioned the quality has gone down for sure.. bring back the OG braiders with manners who actually know what we as customers want… what usually takes 4-6 hours took me 10-11 hours, apparently my hair braider was new so she was taking her time and I’m still not my 100% satisfied with my hair.. after multiple times of being there, I planned by day out perfectly to get my hair braided and still have time to get other things on my day off… bc it took so long I missed out on those other things. …. They good an Fast...But I fell asleep an they took my money an said come back tomorrow....lol...We not doing that baby.I woke smooth up...Not ta-day but they turned out The Good 👍🏾
