Jay is an incredible PT! I suffered a pretty serious injury that left me in pain and feeling like I would never be able to do the things I could before. Jay listened carefully as I described what I was experiencing, and has tailored a program to put me back on track. His one on one approach for the duration of the sessions is unique, and I can’t imagine doing PT any other way.

Jay Hartnett is an excellent physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable, an excellent listener, and clients get his undivided attention for the entire session. He employs a variety of treatment methods and will adjust them as necessary depending upon his observations and the client’s wishes. Jay reviews a client’s treatment history prior to each session and he strives to ensure that the client receives the maximum benefit. He genuinely wants to help clients restore or improve their level of functioning, whether one is a highly performing athlete or a person simply interested in more comfortably completing their daily activities.

Jay is the best I’ve ever worked with by far. Nobody knows the way the body works like Jay, and unlike chain PT places (Pro, Phoenix for example) you get INDIVIDUALIZED treatment. NOT what the insurance company says the therapist has to do in order to get paid. And he’s a super guy too.
