MY Local PF just off Kirkwood Highway in DE, is always busy, Forget about getting to the dumbbells or a bench, you gonna have to fight the roving gangs of 16 year old. Its the nearest gym to me so it does.

I love that this location is only a 7 minute drive from my house. The staff is very friendly mostly. My complaint is the equipment needs to be upgraded. As well the weekend hours suck. I thought Planet Fitness was all about 24/7 not 24/5. I started going to the PF in Christiana as they have brand new equipment and are open 24/7.

Not a bad place, usually quiet when I go in after work in the morning, but the treadmills are the old, outdated ones that a lot of other PFs I've been to used to have, and have since upgraded, I think the reason they upgraded was the reason for this review; the mat on the treadmills slips when you're running on them at high speeds. What an unsettling feeling it is running and then slipping and feeling like your leg is about to lock up and either you fall or tear something. Gotta get those upgraded. Please.

It's 4:20 am and the doors are locked. Website, Maps app, Google, and even the phone message when you call says it's open 24 hrs M-F. Very frustrating to wake up this early and find the doors locked. They need to change their signs and messages or open when they say they will.

They're supposed to be open 24/7 M-F...currently 4:37 am on Monday and I'm sitting outside because the doors are locked and no one is here. Extremely frustrating. I go to PF because of their flexible schedule so this is just great. If you like sitting outside on rainy, Monday morning, then this place is for you!

This is my go to gym when on vacation here as it’s a real gym to train not a commercialized social gathering BS gym like so many other !! Thanks for having me David ! Other gyms are nearby but if you want a real one this is it!

I recommend anyone thinking of joining a gym for whatever reason, stop hesitating and come join. I love the staff that are so helpful and friendly. They remember your name and make you feel special. I dont wait to use machines and I dont worry about being fat shamed. The environmentis so pleasant you hate to leave this place. Dont forget to try the Hydro Massage bed.
