They permed my hair during my wash. I have chemical burns from it not being rinsed out properly and bald spot in the middle of my head. I called the salon asking for a manager & the lady argued with me about it. FYI adding chemicals to someones hair without consent is ASSULT im perusing legal actions for the recklessness of they're work, the damage done to my hair & the emotional distress. As well as reporting this salon to the BBB
DONT EVER COME HERE , the rudest staff ever and I was left with a bald spot . Not going to go too much into details because I plan on taking further actions but it’s not clean they don’t clean the bowls out before washing your hair they put perm in the shampoo , the lady that wash my hair also assaulted me then one of the other hair stylist verbally attacked me I have it recorded but plan on saving that for court !

Best Blow out in Delaware!!! They make it easy to go natural even in the between ugly stage of hair growth.💕 My girl is Cathy, they’re all RXCELLENT but she’s the best for me.

Stylist: Don't know her name but at the salon she sits or her booth is the first when you walk in. While living in Wilmington I went every two weeks and only let her style my hair. For years I went to this salon and was always pleased with the outcome. She was professional and you didn't have to ask for a shape up ..she knew to remove all unwanted hair. Your hair comes out silky. Shining and looking rich with my gray highlights. I am so pleased with this salon and the atmosphere is condusive to knowing you will get a good deal before you leave....traveled from Middletown to Wilmington and it was well worth the trip. An economical place to get your hair done. I will not go any place else

Horrible i wish i could leave zero stars. They used extreme heat on my hair. They had an attitude because my hair was wet after they washed my hair and they threw a rag on my head to dry it before blow drying my hair. And the worst part was that after getting home and looking at my hair i realized that they left a bald spot around my edges
