From the moment I contacted them when I noticed my air conditioner was not working the customer experience with them was phenomenal. They are family owned company who ensures their communication with the customer is seamless and runs smoothly. They came on the day they set up the appointment between the hours they scheduled me, Ray the technician looked at my unit showed my husband it was leaking explained exactly what was occurring with the unit. I was having a problem with my A/C and called George H. Burns. I placed my call around 11 a.m. and they were there within a couple of hours to service my A/C. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. From the initial phone call to the service techs, everything was great.
