Staff took the time to make sure I understood the differences in the products we looked at and where each was better or worse in comparison to the others. The depth of knowledge and product understanding was wonderful. The selection of products was excellent and staff was very good at helping to target what I was reviewing based on my lifestyle and the use/abuse I was going to put the flooring to. The staff here was far and away the most helpful of any of the flooring places I have spoken with in the last few weeks.
I needed a rush flooring order to finish a job that ran short of materials. Ryan at Flooring Solutions was a LIFESAVER! He went above and beyond to locate the matching flooring I needed from the manufacturer, set up delivery, and he even went to the terminal to pick up the flooring and deliver it to me when the delivery company and the terminal staff couldn’t locate the flooring. Ryan was the absolute best customer service person I have experienced in many years. I really value reliability and commitment to getting the job done and Ryan came through with flying colors!
