The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we ended up not going with the floor we had purchased but they were very accommodating in the return process - just please be aware of the return policy for the flooring prior to purchasing. Or order a box to see it in person prior to order several 100 ft of it, just in case you don't like it.

Just had carpet put in from Family Carpet. It looks incredible and the job they did was phenomenal. I will recommend them to anyone who needs flooring! Hard working and friendly guys who take pride in their work!
