About ChristianaCare Primary Care at Greenville
ChristianaCare Primary Care at Greenville provides medical care for both adults and children, including services like gynecology, immunizations, and physical exams. Many patients find the practitioners pleasant and helpful, with particular praise for one doctor who is attentive and caring. However, there are significant concerns regarding the front desk staff. Patients have reported issues with scheduling and communication, including difficulties in getting prescriptions approved, with some describing the front desk receptionist as unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, there are complaints about the check-in process and the lack of adherence to safety protocols. Overall, while the medical care may be satisfactory, the front desk operations need improvement to enhance the patient experience.
I was able to finally get a primary care physician appointment at the ChristianaCare office at Greenville. Dr. Salavitabar included my input in my Plan of Care which is most appreciated because after all I am the one that will be doing the health care work.
The doctor is fine but the ability to contact the office is almost nonexistent. I have let the phone ring for 15 minutes with no answer and no voicemail. Wildly unprofessional. Understaffed?
I have been going here for my own health care for several years, My son is now also a patient. We love the whole team, all of my new mom concerns are taken seriously, and the attention we recieve is great. Dr. Fritzges and Dr. Pan have really cared for my son well. The front desk, nursing staff, and all the medical staff are professional, friendly, and generally helpful. It is helpful to note that during busy call times the phone can ring for a while so I always try to call when the lines are likely to be less busy.
