The ABSOLUTE WORST medical assistance I have ever had is from this office. Cancelling my appointment the day of or the day before when I am taking off for these appointments, also I’ve needed a test for a year now and because my 5th scheduled appointment has cancelled AGAIN, I still haven’t been seen in over a year! I do not recommend RUN and don’t waste your time!

Had an appointment and after I waited to get blood work done. I sat for a while and realized they forgot about me. Once I got it done I asked for my blood type and no one ever got back to me. I called but kept getting the run around which is frustrating!!!

What a night and day difference from my last gyno! This office was excellent from the check in process to the hospitality and bedside manner of all staff! It seems like they put excellence high up on their values.
To get into details without too much, I needed an iud out. My old male gyno (whom I never got a good vibe or bedside manner from) and my PCP (who is lovely but not a gynecologist/ob - shout out to Progressive Health of DE! They are great!) couldn’t find the strings for years. I always had to get an ultrasound done to make sure it was there. Well, to get it out, I was told I’d need that same ultrasound and possible surgery. Dr. Trina Haywood and her student observer came in, impressed me with their listening and understanding skills, educated me on a couple topics and processes, then took a look and BOOP, my IUD was out. That speaks volumes to me about their expertise and confidence in their knowledge. I can’t wait to continue working with the team here!

My appointment was move from the 15th to the 30th without my knowledge. I only knew bc I rcvd a text message asking me to confirm the appointment on the 15th and the 30th, so I decided to call to confirm the appointment. Christiana Care Brandywine Women's Health advised they have no records of my appointment for 15th!!! Like everybody else I work and had to schedule this appointment for time off. I haven't even got to this appointment yet and I'm already disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars.
