My girlfriend had some carpet replaced by Avalon-Wilmington a while back and was very pleased, so on her recommendation I called them to replace the floors in my kitchen and bathroom with simulated wood grain vinyl. I was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The sales process was great, Rob was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to figure out what flooring to select. Kane, the estimator and overall project coordinator was fantastic, clearly putting in extra effort, including a couple of extra trips out to my place to match trim colors, to make sure everything went as expected.
