I dropped off my lens frames on November 8. All they were supposed to do is put new lenses in those frames. I followed up in two weeks because they said it would be from 7 to 10 days when I called the person said we're just waiting on the frames that I ordered, I told them I gave them the frames and only needed lenses, then I called back two weeks later and they said they were back ordered for the lenses I called again and they finally admitted that they never sent the frames to the lab to have the lenses put in. They finally just did that on December 23 I've called several times to speak to the manager he's always busy they promised me he would call me... read full review

Went to look at the selection of glasses after having no luck at another location. I took such a long time to pick out a pair but Christina (spelling?) was super patient, kind, and helpful. I would definitely go again in a year when I need a new pair.
