“I brought my first kitty to Willow Grace in 2021 after a bad experience at another vet’s office. Since then, I’ve brought both my cats back here. Dr. Sharkey is amazing (all the vets here are!!) but my baby had been struggling with food allergies for months and she always fits me in for emergencies. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. The techs and front desk staff are also great, and there’s never more than one or two people in the waiting room. Very clean, very calm environment.“

“What an amazing hospital and wonderful staff. On my way to the beach my two dogs started exhibiting signs of heat stroke. Duck Creek Animal Hospital showed up as the closest vet. When I called and explained what was going on, even though they had a full afternoon of appointments, they immediately saw my dogs. They both did have heatstroke and were treated right away. The doctor kept me informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and their condition. Thankfully, they came through and were discharged. I am truly thankful for the wonderful care they provided and that they agreed to help a frightened pet parent just traveling through.“

“The people are the most caring. Our dog is aging and had several teeth out, two large lumps removed and now bladder stones removed in the last year. Every time we have been there they have been wonderful. They know how nervous our Ginger gets so they schedule us so we are not waiting in the waiting room, they call with progress reports and the Doctor is wonderful as well , explains things well and tries to work with us“

“I was mad worried about my cat Simba throwing up a lot and they helped me understand the possible causes and didn’t give up on trying to find the best solution. What I also love about them is that you can be in the room while they examine your pet, which makes me feel super comfortable. They have reasonable prices too. I’m super grateful for all the staff there!“

“Dr. Shapiro was amazing! I brought my son's bearded dragon in because he wasn't acting right, not eating, not drinking and just different. They fit us in for an emergency visit. After a review of the patient's questionnaire, Dr. Shapiro spent nearly an hour examining him...which turned out to be a her!, reviewed needs, diet, behaviors...answered tons of questions, showed real concern and empathy. She treated her so well, so gentle, so kind. She took her time, gave me tons of information to read and told me to call anytime with questions.“
