Staff is friendly, the front area and kennels are clean. The new area is nice and the kennels are larger and the dogs have runs to go outside if they need to. They call if there are any issues. Would highly recommend.

Great facility, but staffing shortages make difficult medicine pickup for refills and checkouts. Waited in line 45 minutes just to get my refill for our lab. Should implement a prescription pickup area like a pharmacy. Staff is very good and pleasant to talk to. Just some food for thought on refill or script pickups.

Since moving to DE I went through 2 other vets. Neither compared to the quality of servers Middletown provides. The Dr's take their time, get comfortable with my dog, and you dont feel rushed. Its clean and the staff is friendly and compassionate.
