We are from out of state and had a very sick 12 year old pup. They were able to fit us in and take care of our guy! Dr. Crook spent time and care with our dog and with us. The entire staff was terrific! We never felt rushed or like we were a bother. I highly recommend their facility!Our dog is doing great now and is back to his old self!

I had an amazing experience here ! I am a first time pet owner and adore my dog Milo. I didn’t realize (as a young adult ) what was right or wrong when it came to the care of my 4 legged baby. I obviously made some unintentional mistakes but Duck Creek put me on the right path !! My initial experience was with Melissa, who went above and beyond, in helping me!!! She is absolutely incredible! The vet was so helpful in explaining “the truths “ about raising a healthy Milo! I am grateful for their friendly staff , the care they provided and the helpful advice they gave me ! Milo and I just want to say Thank You!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Just my opinion but if you're looking for the best for your furbabbies then check this place out. The doctors, vet techs and support staff are beyond awesome. Special thank you to Doctor Shonts and especially Doctor Crook .Thank you for your kindness and compassion. I must apologize as I can't remember the names of the two vet techs who took care of CC in her final days . I had alot going on . Both of you are Rock Stars . Love and respect to all at Duck Creek Animal Hospital.
