He came to provide service to my unit introduced himself and the company he was with. Very professional asked me upfront if I had any questions. My heat has been off for 3 months and my complex waited until I called the city on them. So they hired this company. Now he finished got my heat back working, he even called me down to let me know he was done, asked again if I had any questions and to let them know if I ever need help again. I mean he’s beautiful with a phenomenal bedside manner to him. He treated me with the upmost respect rather than other companies I’ve seen coming. Please promote him up or something. Now once I get my house I will recommend him coming to check it out. I will be referring this company due to him. He didn’t treat me any different than some of those other companies. “This was was very professional and honest we had sent out a company to inspect our AC unit at one of our stores and that company had told us that serval things needed to be done and that it would cost hundreds of dollars so we hired Gregg + Sons Mechanical to go out and make the repairs Greg called once he had inspected the until and told me that it did NOT need any of the thing the previous company claimed it needed it was a simple thermostat issue he could have gone along with what the other company said and got way more then just an initial service call but instead he was honest not only that but he explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood.
