I recently purchased a 18KW house generator from Wright Design. Start to finish things happened quickly and efficiently. From purchase, permits, electrical work and inspections to final start up . I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing one look into Wright Design. Mike Wright was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable as well as a total professional. He answered all my questions and installed a new hot water heater as well. I love the Generac generator, outstanding warranty and piece of mind on this system hard wired to my home after snow/ice storms and past tornadoes. Totally satisfied customer.
We had concerns with our HVAC system/Furnace. After a phone call, they came out quickly. Mike was very professional, thorough and took the time to analyze/test and assess everything.
