Hi everyone! I just wanted to say that TYLER is amazing! Please give that man a week paid vacation and his flowers 🌹 NOW!! That’s an excellent worker. He came to provide service to my unit introduced himself and the company he was with. Very professional asked me upfront if I had any questions. My heat has been off for 3 months and my complex waited until I called the city on them. So they hired this company. Now he finished got my heat back working, he even called me down to let me know he was done, asked again if I had any questions and to let them know if I ever need help again. I mean he’s beautiful with a phenomenal bedside manner to him. He treated me with the upmost respect rather than other companies I’ve seen coming. Please promote him up or something. Now once I get my house I will recommend him coming to check it out. I will be referring this company due to him. He didn’t treat me any different than some of those other companies. Had two toilets replaced, including removal of the old ones. The technician was on time, professional, and efficient. The work was done exactly as agreed, and the price was fair—especially compared to big home improvement stores.
Our recent HVAC installation went extremely well. Andrew, Jorden and Greg did a great job and have the best work ethic I’ve seen in some time. We are so grateful this team was selected for our work. It’s never easy to retrofit new equipment into existing ductwork but this went smoothly and we are quite happy with the results.
