Was a great experience. It started out with my basement being flooded but ended up with a great water heater. I’m sure they do tanked water heaters as well.They did an amazing job on a TANKLESS water heater when everyone else was saying they are not certified to do it. after you do your research if you come to the conclusion that you want tankless. Call JDM. I called the first time and the owner Josh answered. He was driving at the time. He came over the next day. Once he found out I didn’t have hot water he changed the schedule and installed mine the next morning 830. 3 hrs later it was finished. Very clean neat job. Even left a wrench for the filter removal.
