We needed to use the urgent care for a same day sick visit. The system was great with keeping me updated about my position in line and when to arrive based on how far away I live. The technicians and veterinarians are great in treating and caring for my dog. Always recommend for great vet care!
Had an emergency and our normal vet couldn't see us, so we made an urgent care appointment. The wait/call system made the entire experience much more comfortable and expediant than the Pet ER. The doctor and staff were friendly, caring, thorough, and made sure we understood what was happening and what choices we had in treating our dog. We have returned for a follow-up and had another pleasant experience. We are very satisfied and will continue care here. We are so grateful to the doctor and staff. They saved our dog's life.
Dr.Lewis was absolutely fabulous, answered all questions. Let us know exactly what our dog need. We had the surgery scheduled by the time we left. Dr.Lewis also made sure our dog had the proper flea and tick medication that my husband and I felt comfortable with for our dog.
