Peninsula Veterinary Services provides compassionate and professional care for pets. The staff and Dr. Reid are polite, gentle, and caring, taking the time to answer questions and concerns. The office is clean and sanitary, and they go above and beyond to make difficult appointments easier. They are accommodating and grateful to have earned the trust of their clients. They are super caring and showed compassion and empathy, not just worried about the bottom line. They were very professional and compassionate, even during a busy holiday season. They took a miniature dachshund in urgently without hesitation. Dr. Reid was incredibly compassionate and thorough, quickly diagnosing the issue and prescribing the right medication. They followed up with a call the next day to check on progress, showing they genuinely care about their patients.
My dogs are 70lbs and terrified of the vet. I hav to medicate them to get through a vet appointment. Dr Givens and the tech Laura were very patient and took the time to pet and give the dogs their treats. She got on the floor and talked to them like they were her own. They calmed our dogs and made their appointment a huge success. The dogs got their shots and avoided the need for muzzle. She also was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on my dogs allergy medicine and some loose leash walking tips for pullers.
Mr Miley gets his Librella shot each month for the past two years. The tech used to come out to him, unfortunately the policy changed and he needs to go in the back with the tech. Going to the vet is stressful and having to go in the back is more stressful for him . The tech(s) is always understanding and shows great care. I don’t like that, however , wish he would get his shot in the waiting room. Thanks to all of the caring techs, veterinarians and desk staff for being understanding.
Had a cat emergency. We were seen immediately. Super caring staff and vet. Showed compassion and empathy. Not just worried about the bottom line. We have found our new veterinary clinic! Thanks Dr. Reid and all of the staff!
