They do a great job keeping Olivia’s nails clipped. She is a tough older English Bulldog and the technicians are more exhausted than she is after a visit. Her doctor is very responsive and was easy to communicate with via text after her test results.
Loved Dr.Ferreri and Jill his assistant! Very pleasant and helpful, Dr.Ferreri took time to explain change of medication and what the exam covered! So happy to find a great facility and wonderful staff!
Update: June 2020:
Most recently we had to take our Feline to Savannah Animal Hospital for treatment & blood work. We paid in full had a prescription written for thyroid medicine to get filled for the cat.
We had to go back to get a newly written script. Because it wasn't available in the dosage. Due to the Covid19 rules you had to call before arriving which I did. When I arrived I was told they were closed until 3:00 for a meeting. I was not told that when I called. Then Melissa said humm I see you were here yesterday and didn't pay your bill. I said hum, yes I did in full, now please may I have the script I cam to pickup. Now mind you, I'm watching the texts go… read full review
