I really enjoyed working with Anne Powell Del Vecchio. She is very knowledgeable about the local market area. In addition to creating a beautiful brochure, she went the extra step to have a 3D tour created that was available on multiple selling platforms. Her suggestion to put house on the market in December worked out. We had multiple showings everyday the first week. A contract on the 8th day. I highly recommend using her for buying or selling a home.
