Couldn’t recommend True Blue enough. Justin and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They installed a Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump System and a mini split in two days and had my house back in business. Seamless from start to finish.
We called for a first time appointment with True Blue Mechanical, and Justin came over the next day. He bled some air out of our noisy radiators and gave our boiler the once-over. He could not have been more professional and informative. We now have a Residential A/C & Gas Heat Maintenance Agreement with True Blue, and look forward to working with them for our maintenance needs.
Justin and his team were great. Very responsive when we called to set up an estimate and came right out to let us know our options for a new tankless water heater. While we were waiting for our unit to be delivered from the supplier we noticed our current water heater tank was leaking pretty badly. I contacted Justin about the emergency and he was at our house the very next day after finding us a different tankless heater we were equally happy about. A few hours later and we were back up and running with a new unit and hot water.
He was always on time, communicated well and took the time to explain everything. He and his team were very polite and left the area in our basement looking cleaner than when they started.
We will definitely be calling them again for any future heating or cooling needs or maintenance.
