Ken is an incredibly reliable and trusted service provider whom I was fortunate enough to find about 10 years ago. Over the past decade, he has handled many repairs for me, from routine HVAC maintenance to lighting installations and plumbing. No matter the issue, he always finds a solution. I am consistently impressed by his approach to HVAC care; while other companies are quick to push for a costly compressor replacement or an entirely new unit, Ken takes the time to accurately troubleshoot and fix the actual problem. His professionalism, deep experience, and honesty truly make him stand out.

Ken absolutely did what I had been wanting to achieve for over a year. That was could someone come and give me an honest assessment of my air-conditioning unit. Not only did he take the time to explain exactly what was the Issue of not cooling, but also, what it would take to fix the problem. The important part of his visit was that he did not try to upsell me as so many other companies have done in the past. Just an honest assessment. I’m so grateful for the amazing service we received during this extreme heat! He came out quickly and fixed our AC that had stopped cooling — just in time. He was not only professional and efficient, but also took the time to patiently explain the common issues with our brand of system and what to watch out for going forward.
