“I've been going to Jess for the last six months and she's fabulous. I appreciate her expertise in muscle anatomy; she always knows where to emphasize to help certain problems. Her time with a chiropractic office adds to her knowledge for sure. Sometimes I need extra in one spot, and she's able to adjust time so that the whole massage still feels quite even. The massage room is comfortable and relaxing. She is happy to chat, or if I'm quiet she goes along with quiet. I've been to less experienced massage therapists and I've seen the difference with Jess! Also, I had previously considered massages to be superfluous and extravagant--the kind of thing one gets as a birthday present. But I injured myself over a year ago and have found that regular massages are probably helping me stay out of physical therapy and protecting me as I play sports. My husband and daughter have both enjoyed massages with Jess, too, and both are of different body-types/builds. She really is technically capable with whatever you need!“
