I was unable to get my dermaplaning done that day and understood accidents happen. The owner went out of her way to call me and to make sure that I was taken care of. I’m amazed on how well she got the color right from my inso pics, my hair had previous bleach, red all over color, black box dye, and brown box dye so I’m aware on how new color might not turn out how you want lol I thought it would have an orange undertone but it turned how exactly how I wanted it. Also when washing my hair she gave the best scalp massage I’ve ever had. Very nice and welcoming Id recommend her“
