The staff guided us through arrangements, handled paperwork, and showed great patience and understanding, even resolving issues with the death certificate.

my niece was had been upset over the passing, that she left the meeting early and I didn’t convey the proper information for the death certificate when I found out what I had done
I Contacted Stano & Feeley, I spoke to Karen Feely She was very understanding, and she offered to amend it.

I am sorry my niece blamed the funeral home they were not at fault they did everything proper and Professional to help us.
