The eye doctor was very impatient with my 6 year old daughter during the eye exam. My daughter was doing her best to follow the directions but was a bit confused. She was definitely not being uncooperative. She actually got teary eyed during the exam because of the doctors tone . I had been told over the phone when I made her appointment to bring her old glasses in so they could make sure they were the right prescription due to the fact my kid says they make her vision blurry . I asked about this to a lady up front , and she was also extremely rude and refused to look at them even though I was told to bring them in.
