DR. JEFF was amazing. Very honest and caring.The front desk staff needs some customer service training asap. Running a business isn’t always easy but customers come first.If Dr Jeff wasn’t so amazing I wouldn’t go back.
I’m a current patient at New Castle Eye, so is my oldest daughter. We both love the level of service and courteous manner of the staff. Today, I took my 2 youngest children to select frames. Leo was very patient and kind. He made the selection process a great experience for my kids. They picked frames that they truly liked.
Myself and my two oldest children used to go to the Middletown office years ago. Even when I moved to the Bear area we still drove out to Middletown. Today I took my teenager to the New Castle office. Great service from beginning to end. Professional and thorough.
