workers are kind and friendly and extremely hands on and helpful, the lady checking my eyes made sure she was thorough with everything she did & then the guy at the end who helps with picking out glasses seen that my glasses i currently had were damaged and offered to fix them free of charge (while i wait about 2 weeks for my new glasses that i picked out from them) & he sure did . amazing customer service all around 😁
I'm not even a patient there, but I was next door and broke my glasses. They were extremely kind and went to great lengths to repair my glasses. Can't say enough about how kind everyone was.
Fantastic eye doctor and staff at Bear Eye Care. I’m so happy that I can see good again. As I have aged my eyesight has deteriorated and Dr. Slagle got me fixed right up. She’s great and if you need help with your eyesight I recommend her.
