The staff was very nice & patient. Phanta did my cleaning & was phenomenal! She was very personable and chatty. She certainly helped ease my anxiety. Dr Sun took the time to explain what I need & why, answering all my questions & addressed my concerns. I was able to get my work started the next day, so I wouldn’t chicken out. The assistant during the procedure was good too. I didn’t catch her name, but made sure I was ok.
Clean facility, Waiting period is okay, staff is okay. The dentist, I wasn't able to fully understand him as his English is fast and he is a little soft spoken. He also in my opinion needs to be a little more patient with clients and how he speak to clients. He spoke to me as if I was a child why he was performing work. I'm not sure i would return to him because of his customer service. Also he was more into getting me to pay for a service I did not request and he didnt have to patience to explain the importance of the service, while i had to Google it to better understand it.
