“I have had a membership with H&S for a few months and have not been happy with my massage therapist. I was prepared to cancel when I booked for the first time with Sonya at the Kirkwood location. She restored my faith in H&S. They better keep her happy so she stays a long time . The type of massage I received from her should be the norm for all others. “Overall if I’m ever in the area I would return! I love my nails. My only issues were that someone started my nails, another customer walked in without an appointment and was I was passed around and nothing was said, just told to move. I’m not a huge fan of the paint job done on my toes. Lastly I was watching waxes being done and I would advise no one ever get one done here. They don’t change their wax between customers and double dip the stick. I watched her wax a woman’s eyebrows, then her upper lip/nostril area, and chin. Then another customer had the same wax used on her. That is very unsanitary and flat out gross. The staff were nice, and again I truly do love my nails despite being passed around. Just would like to see some better communication and sanitary being done.“

I then took my 10-year-old daughter there and they did fabulous job with her hair as well! You can walk in and consistently get an amazing haircut from an amazing stylist.
