“Especially in this time of chaos and uncertainty, it is such a gift to ground down with Raylen's distance shamanic energy healing offering.”

“Yes!! I just received the best massage I have had in a long time. Dropped in to a. New place just to check out their services and the massage rates were reasonable so I thought, why not. 60 minutes later I felt as if I had been on vacation fir a month. My body was completely relaxed and de stressed, yet I felt invigorated at the same time. If you are ever in Milford I totally recommend you look this place up. Ms. Paige Deiner is the owner of this newly opened business there. She gave an awesome massage, so much so that I plan to return to give her yoga class a try. I travel a bit and love to check out small, comfortable places that offer interesting services like massage, yoga, meditation. I don't know if I will have time on this trip, but may have to check into the Reiki services, sounds very interesting. Seriously, if you need a really good massage, give Paige a call. Thanks ms. Deiner!!! Leigh from D.C.”

“I contacted this studio by email before a girls trip to see if they had an instructor willing to meet us at the beach to do a morning yoga session. Kate was very helpful in setting up the perfect area to meet and the cost was also very reasonable (compared to another studio I contacted). Kate also set us up with a wonderful instructor, Helen.”
