The foundation of wellness is the self, and in order to foster that wellness, we must honor the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. At UNION our mission is to support you in nurturing that connection in order to manifest inner peace and joy. We also believe in the importance of supporting our community in an effort to collectively move toward more health and connection. Our practitioners are supportive, caring and strive to provide you the best care that is uniquely designed for you. We offer psychotherapy, life coaching, bodywork, Reiki energy work, Yoga Therapy, mindful meditation groups, and workshops.
