I've rarely given a five-star rating, but this one is well-deserved for several reasons:#1. As a first time customer, I'd forgotten about the "cash only" policy and walked into the shop with little money in my wallet. When I explained that to Phillip, he said not to worry, I could return to pay latter. Who gives that kind of trust the first time meeting?#2. Repeating other reviewers, this has to be the cleanest barber shop EVER.#3. Although reserved, Phillip was polite and extremely professional. We recently moved to Delaware and are so very happy we found Phillip !! He does an AMAZING haircut for my husband! He is such a perfectionist and goes above and beyond ! His shop is spotlessly clean. Thank you Phillip for being so great ! Bob and Susan

This was my first visit to "Cut it out" and I walked in and received a wonderful old style scissors haircut. Phillip was fast, very accurate and efficient. I think this is the cleanest barber shop I have ever been in. Also, the best haircut I have received in several years. My wife was thrilled with my haircut for the first time in several years. Kudos to Phillip. I now have a new barber.
