“I was a walk in at this establishment today and met Phillip. Residing in another state as my primary home and having a second home in Delaware, it was my first haircut in this area. Although I asked for just a “little trim”, Phillip gave me a slightly more “regular” cut, and when he asked after haircut, I did state that it was a little more cut off than I usually got. He was upset that I said this and to my surprise stated there would be no charge. After a brief discussion, and my insistence that I would pay him, he reluctantly agreed and we parted friends. Of course when I got home, my wife said it was one of the best haircuts I ever received ( and I had to agree with her). Phillip is an individual who obviously takes great pride in his profession and is a real gentleman. I will return and am glad I stopped in today.”
