These ladies went above and beyond for me last year when I brought in a tricky pair of broken eye glasses. What I thought would be a quick fix ended up being a lot more tedious but they were amazing, even gave me a pair off the rack to wear home while they fixed it.
I received excellent customer service at Specs for Less in Middletown. I had purchased my glasses at Star Vision in Middletown and within a month my frames cracked while on my face! I took back to Star Vision and they replaced the frame at no charge, but it happened again...total of 3 times! I wanted the owner of Star Vision just to put my lenses in a frame with the same shape, and I would pay for the new frame, but he refused. Before coming here I was quoted 423 with frames i didnt like and disnt included warranty. Kelly was great. She recommended a pair of frames that were perfect, informed me of no line bifocals which I was not aware of @ all. I got the no glare, warranty everything i was looking for for $304. I can't say it enough. I am a very satisfied customer and am recommending this place to everyone i know.
