A technician named Ted adjusted the pair of glasses I picked up at another Simon Eye location two weeks ago. I had them adjusted since purchasing them twice but just weren't right, kept slipping off or down. T though took care of them quickly , one time, it was the second good experience I had at this location since stopping by earlier this year to get my old pair adjusted. Friendly staff too , but kudos too Tee!!!
My son has complicated eyes with multiple diagnoses. We've seen a multitude of optometrists and specialists.. many we felt dismissed our concerns or never had a clear plan to address his conditions.
From our first visit with Dr. Ides we walked away confident, with a game plan, and the reccomendation of stick on eye patches (game changer for anyone else patching for amblyopia and so thankful that Dr. Ides suggested them!). Every visit we go to the office staff, but especially, Dr. Ides is so beyond friendly and welcoming. Every other eye doctor had a way of making my son feel discouraged when he got a letter wrong. It was my first time seeing her and I really liked Dr. Tara Yerkes. Delaney Dowell, the optician who helped me, went above and beyond both in the store and with her follow-up. I highly recommend Delaney. Also, the entire staff was friendly and professional.
