I came in on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. I have been here before and have always had great cuts. Nicole cut my hair this time. She did a great job, exactly what I wanted. However, when I was ready to pay and leave, I discovered that they no longer allow tipping on your card. For previous visits, I had tipped the stylist by adding the tip to my credit card. Now, they only do the cost of the cut on the card. I felt bad because I had no cash on me. They should allow tipping on the card.

3 stars for not having to wait long and not needing appointment. The haircut was not good. Sides were not even and I had to fix them myself. Asked for a taper and got a number 2 all around with zero fading.

I go there all the time my hair always turns out good but just yesterday i went there and i tried someone new and i regret that decision. He looked lost like he didn't know how to do my hair and he kept asking questions but not doing what i was saying i said trim my hair below my eyebrow and cuts it above my eyebrow. Don't recommend if u don't have someone you know that works there
