Joshua Sell, Patterson-Schwartz-Lancaster

Working with Patterson Schwartz has been awful, on multiple fronts. I have been ghosted twice by Tomy K and Jennifer P. We only got a hold of someone after MANY phone calls. We made an appointment to see the rental house, Linda B let us in, greeted us, then proceeded to sit on her phone and told us to look around the house ourselves (while the tenants were still living there), Linda B had little to no answers about the property and we were told to send her questions that she would then send to the property manager June O, we then left the house and sent in our $50 application fee and application online (because Linda B couldn't find her briefcase). I feel the Real Estate agents should tell their customers to respect private property including the agents. For over a week now people are parked in our parking spots on my property that we own which is private and they are throwing their booties and mask if they make it in our trash receptacles instead of the one that belongs to the property that is up for sale or I have to pick them up to throw away. not sure why they have to park on our property when they can park in other areas around the property that is up for sale. I wouldn't park in front of their home or use a neighbors driveway which they also do when they see no one home. I find this to be the utmost disrespectful... read full review
