They didn't pay for the service that we provided for their customer. Would not pick phone calls and respond to the email. We are filing a lawsuit. Never do a business with them.
Great working with Joel, Carmen, Chanel, Tyler and the entire staff. Very professional in dealings with both techs and clients. Requirements and expectations are clear and communications are consistent which makes it easy to do business with JSI.
My company needed a phone line and internet connection hooked up in a new space . JSI was there quick . The technicians were professional and had job completed quickly. They cleaned up after theirselves and made sure I was happy with the work they completed before they left !!! JSI is the way to go .... professional, reliable ,dependable. Thank you again
