I have been a patient of Southside for 20 years, as of 2023. Dr. Horn is a wonderful diagnostician with a very pleasant and respectful "bedside manner". While some staff members have been there for many years, there have also been a number who have since retired or moved on, as is to be expected. Everyone has always been gracious, professional, and courteous to me whenever I have called or had an appointment. As I have always reminded my students, respect is a two-way street, and we never know what personal issues someone is dealing with. Julia Warrington, NP has been seeing my adult son following a serious motorcycle accident. She has been wonderful. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and expert care. I have never had a doctor take as much time with us making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. I pray she never leaves Dover. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a NP.

Staff is very polite and understanding. They are always willing to help even on short notice. The Doctor’s there are all awesome and are concern about your well being. Would not change any of the doctors there
