If there was a rating lower than 1 star this company would get it. From the clerical staff, to the supervisor I've received horrible service. Phone calls disconnected, nasty attitudes and when I finally spoke to someone they had no appointments. Very annoying and frustrating experience.
Super rude on the phone. They kept calling me asking for someone else. I would tell them they had the wrong number. Instead of apologizing they hung up and call right back. I would say still the wrong number and they would respond with “oh my god” and hang up. Strange group there at Westside. If you’re looking for primary care, I’d look else where.
Westside Family Care Dental is the worse Dental Care Practice I Have Ever Experienced In My life and the Offices even the Primary Care Side are a joke period of making appointments.
