unfortunately, around 4:00 this afternoon we realized that our water well pump had a cracked gasket and was spraying water and flooded our crawlspace under the house. We immediately called Mr Rooter for help. With it being late in the day we thought for sure that it would-be at least tomorrow before they could send someone out here to look at it but Mr Rooter had had a plumber to us in just a few hours to fix the leak. Everything was done in just a few hours. We were given a reasonable quote with no extra fees or hidden costs and all of the work was done that evening. our plumbing technician was Tim Newcomb. He was very pleasant and professional and did a great job 😁👍
