Called for a non-emergency repair to correct some shoddy prior slumlords attempt at DIY. Traps came out the next day, replaced the pipe and faucet in an hour. Love to see it.
Recently bought a house that was built in 1965. The hot water heater and HVAC systems were between 20 and 30 years old. Quite near death, soon to be surpassed. Trap's company replaced both systems with a tankless water heater and completely new HVAC system. Upgraded service lines, new venting and incredible sheet working skills. Somehow made the time to address comfort desires i.e. installed 2 new toilets, new bathroom vanity set, 33"L x 22"W kitchen sink, upgraded bath tub connections and a new utility sink, YEAH. Would highly recommend.
