“We absolutely love the Manager Rich and this staff, they are always able and happy to help. We go every day almost and we have made a bunch of friends there and it's more like a community/family than a gym. Of course there's the normal few that refuse to conform but the manager does not play any games with the disrespect of people as well as the gym itself or anybody just acting stupid almost hurting themselves or others. They always keep it clean and there's tanning beds and showers and a scale plus a community board with business card. Rules are posted everywhere as well as memos. Due to childhood trauma I hated gyms, but I love this one!!!!“

“I love Body & Sol spray Tanning. I started with the standard tan but really enjoy the express spray tan that I can rinse off a couple hours sooner than the standard, that just works with my schedule, to have my apt before my kids get outta school & shower, dinner and chillin w/ the kids were around the same time. The owners are fantastic, similar to your hairstylist that you ❤️ catching up on life chatting, it's like a mini visit with a good friend while I got a glow up ! Both places yard come out feeling renewed w/ a fresh look. I've also never had to wait for my apt. They've always been ready basically right away for me and setting g apt their availability has always been convenient. I'll never go anywhere else !
