“I would like to commend the staff for their friendly demeanor and the overall cleanliness of the facility. However, I have experienced several instances where the opening times do not align with the posted hours. For example, after finishing my spin class at 9:30 AM, I arrived at the tanning shop, which is scheduled to open at 10:00 AM, but on this occasion, it was 10:15 AM and the shop had not yet opened. Unfortunately, this experience has occurred on multiple occasions, leading me to leave without receiving services. While I appreciate the quality of the staff, addressing the accountability and time management related to opening hours would greatly enhance the customer experience.”
