Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I have changing transportation needs for infusions, doctor appointments, physical therapy, and nerve blocks. Neighborly Home Care has never let me down getting me where I need to be and taking care of me afterwards, as I need it. In fact, one time when I was just starting with them, I had a very short notice appointment change. They promised they would find a way, even though the person regularly scheduled could not do it, and they did! A staff member, not an aide, stepped up to drive me, to make sure that I could get the treatment that I needed.“
