This company abandoned me! Caregiver walked out let me in bed. Anything could’ve happened I could’ve had a seizure convulsions etc. anything! This company lied and change the narrative to cover their own tails. I have on camera this girl walking away. I did nothing to this girl she is clearly not cut out for it and when I addressed the company the first thing Sharon the clinical manager said to me was the girl is going through things and has a lot going on in her life etc. that’s what she told me when I said I was calling in the state to complain about her! They lie to making me seem like I was telling something untrue! Do you know how that feels as a person for someone to basically make it seem like you were lying with this person clearly did the disrespect to you and put me Arista potentially die. I’m not being extreme anything could’ve happened when you leave a person laying on their back and walk out the door! If you love your family I would advise you to strongly pick another company! It’s one thing and out of control for a caregiver to pinpoint when one of their workers are going to short-circuit but it’s another thing for the company to know the truth but lie to cover themselves from punishment from the state of Delaware! They lied to my social worker and everything do you know how that makes a person feel? I have a legitimate complaints and I was made out to be the bad guy when in all actuality I WAS THE VICT

I've received great service from Neighborly Home Care over the past eighteen months that I've been with them. I really appreciate the service and commitment to taking care of my needs. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I have changing transportation needs for infusions, doctor appointments, physical therapy, and nerve blocks. Neighborly Home Care has never let me down getting me where I need to be and taking care of me afterwards, as I need it. In fact, one time when I was just starting with them, I had a very short notice appointment change. They promised they would find a way, even though the person regularly scheduled could not do it, and they did! A staff member, not an aide, stepped up to drive me, to make sure that I could get the treatment that I needed.

Do not recommend this Agency they literally do not take care of nothing ,I had them for a few weeks always different once ,or caretaker will have an attitude if they have to just dust ,if you dint tell them they sit ant that is it !!
